Fit & Fab provides fitness, movement, and wellness content for general informational and motivational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or have any concerns about your health. You participate at your own risk and should stop exercising if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase a membership. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it.

Memberships and billing

• Membership pricing and features are described on our website and in the app and may change over time.
• Memberships purchased in the mobile app are billed by the applicable app store and are subject to that store's terms, including its cancellation and refund policies.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through the platform where you purchased them.
• No free trial is offered at launch unless expressly stated otherwise.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by copying or redistributing content, interfering with the Services, attempting unauthorized access, or posting content in community features that is harmful, abusive, or unlawful. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Intellectual property

All workouts, videos, text, graphics, logos, and other content in the Services are owned by or licensed to Fit and Fab Global LLC and are protected by applicable law. Your membership grants a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access the content for your own non-commercial use.

Community features

Community features allow members to interact with one another. You are responsible for what you post. Please be kind and respectful. We are not responsible for the content posted by other members.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fit and Fab Global LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any injury arising from your participation in activities described in the Services.

Changes to the Services or Terms

We may modify or discontinue features of the Services and may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
